Enjoy our Someplace Special...  Come enjoy our park and campground! First come, first served! Register at the south end of the campsite by the sign.

 

           * $15.00 dollars per night for campers (tax is included)

           * $10.00 dollars per night for tents (tax included)

           * Camping will only be permitted in designated sites

           * No privately owned animals are allowed to run at large. All animals shall be kept on a leach                not to exceed 6 feet in length. Pets must be kept quiet.  Pet feces must be picked up,                           bagged and placed in refuse containers. 

           * Each camp unit is permitted one table and one fire ring.

           * Fires are only permitted in the fireplace that is provided by the city. 

           * You are responsible to make sure that your fire is completely extinguished before leaving.                  Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible to keep your fire under control. 

           * Do not carve, chop, cut, and damage any live trees. 

           * No cutting through other camp sites.

           * Quiet hours are 10:00PM - 6:00AM.  Quiet must be observed for the benefit of those who                       retire early. 

           * Excessive noise or music after 10:00PM will not be tolerated. 

           * No fireworks or other explosives within the campground and the recreation areas of the                      campgrounds.

           * All garbage must be wrapped and placed in refuse containter. 

           * Campground is closed for camping November 1st through April 1st. 

           * No excessive drinking. 

          *  No glasscontainers

          * Daily camping fees must be paid whether the camping unit is occupied or unoccupied.

          * Dump site located on the north end of camp site.

At the regular meeting of the City Council on June 13th, 2022, the Shelter House at the City Park, beginning July 1st, 2022, will be reserved by calling the Ellsworth City Clerk's Office (507-967-2373) instead of scheduling with Parkview Manor Nursing Home.

There will also be a fee of a $100.00 deposit with a return deposit of $50.00 dollars if the space has been cleaned up & neat after your event.
